Hours
Monday, Tuesday and
Thursday 9:00 -12:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM and
Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. New
patients are asked to present to the office 20 minutes
prior to their appointment time so they can fill out
necessary paper work.
Wednesday and Friday
afternoons are usually scheduled for patients undergoing
nerve studies.
It is recommended that if
you have a life threatening emergency that you go to the
nearest emergency room or dial 911, then notify Dr.
Havsy.
