Medical Marijuana Dispensaries
According to RCW 69.51A,
individuals who possess a Certificate of Use for
Medical Marijuana are entitled to grow, possess
and consume marijuana.
Currently, the statute does not allow for you to
purchase marijuana, seeds or plants including
clones.
However, Marijuana Dispensaries are now
proliferating in the State of Washington. Some
dispensaries are tolerated by law enforcement
and others are not. Issues raised by law
enforcement include: does the dispensary have a
business permit/license, do they pay taxes and
what is the cost for Medical Marijuana that they
provide?
While Dr. Havsy does not condone the marijuana
dispensaries as they are not authorized by
Washington law, Dr. Havsy understands that many
of his patents will go to dispensaries to
purchase marijuana, plants and seeds for medical
reasons and personal use.
The following dispensaries are listed as a
courtesy to those individuals that have a
Certificate of Use for Medical Marijuana. Dr.
Havsy does not have a business relationship with
any of the dispensaries listed below. Those
dispensaries listed below to his knowledge have
a business license and provide marijuana at a
reasonable cost to those medically qualified.
